First Resa!

First Resa and I love it!! I love my Eras too but sometimes it is nice to not have a handle on the side. Love that I can easily lock and unlock.

Very Sad!

Once again I absolutely love your products and the Resa reminded me of my mom and was so excited to have it, until it came. The top was defective and by request I sent pictures hoping that once you saw the problem it would be replaced. The straw was replaced which did not fix the issue. I will be returning it along with the replacement straw. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Not sure if I will make and more purchases with your company. Very heart broken.
